Your Own Free to Relax Team Template Website & Web Hosting

Is this what you want?  We supply the website template & web hosting, you handle your own edits to your website.

Costs:  $50 set-up fee
Domain Name is $10/yr. if you purchase through our server host
$6.95/mo. web hosting fee (3 month minimum purchase required)
IF webmaster needed, billed at $30/hr.

If so, please follow these instructions:

Domain Name - if you have one, we'll need to know where you purchased it and what your username & password are so we can change the DNS information to point to our server.  If you do not have one, please CLICK HERE to order it - then send us your domain name in the form provided below.
Which template design do you prefer (click on each one to see it in full-screen view)?  Mark your preference in the form below.  There are NO substitutions for web templates.  If you want edits to the template (colors changed, your own images, etc.) then there will be a webmaster fee of $30 per hour for such.

You must have an auto responder account.  Check with your sponsor or upline in Scent-Sations to obtain your auto responder account. In order to create a personal website, you must FIRST have your auto responder set up.  If you already have your auto responder account, we will set it up for you, to fit with our template needs.  Please send your auto responder username & auto responder password.
Once we have all of the above and below information, as well as payment, we will set up your website and ask for more information to personalize it for you.   J. D. Harrison & Associates, LLC will send you either a credit card invoice or a PayPal invoice, whichever you prefer.  Please state your preference below.
